One Man’s Trash…

Is once again our treasure!

This is a very exciting find, and makes our backyard all the more fun. It’s fun for everyone–I get to cook dinner without a helper sometimes, Thomas gets another thing to move before he can mow, and Josiah, well, I think you can tell he enjoys it.

    hey rachel-
your kids are so cute! a couple of things- which farmer’s market do you guys go to? our’s here in brenham is slowing down considerably because of the time of year. how’s it looking over in b/cs? also, i’ve been looking at fabric lots lately thinking ‘will i just know when it is stretchy yet sturdy enough for a moby wrap?’ so what do you think? will i just know?
would still love to hang out with you guys- what would work best?

    Hey Rachel,
Have you ever thought of starting an Etsy.com shop? You could sell all sorts of your creations. (This comment has nothing to do with your current post, I was just thinking). I really want to see things on Etsy. My main problem is my slow productivity and my current trend of being able to make just enough to cover family birthdays, so everything is given away and nothing sold. But you, with 2 kids, manage to make more than me, with no kids.
    Anyway…

Annie, you are so flattering. However, I don’t think I’ve made a single thing (besides dinner) since Annalise was born. I have no motivation to, either. I think you make far more than I do, and you also make far more intricate and creative things than I manage to whip out!
