You know it was a fun morning…
…if you had to give your two year old a bath before you could put him in his bed for a nap!
Josiah and several other boys discovered an area of loose, dusty dirt at the park today and he was covered from scalp to sneaker. There was even a fine layer of dust in his ears. What fun!

what fun! i love that pic- those wrinkly toes, that dirty bath tub…aah, life with preschoolers! Josiah reminds me of my two- always dirty!

I am so tired of cleaning a similar layer dirt out of my tub! Why is it that little boys are drawn to dirt? They can find the littlest amount and make the biggest mess!

I so identify. Peter got a sandbox for his birthday…and Peter is fine. But Stephen likes to throw, lay down in, eat I’m sure the sand. And then he’s covered, but the worst part is his hair. It’s fine and getting sand out of it is a chore…we’ve had more than one morning bath since the arrival of the sandbox.
